Lady Guzman, born and raised in Peru, serves as the managing partner of CCRG. She has earned her JD from the Catholic University of Saint Marie from Arequipa, Peru and a LL.M. from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Lady was an ALCOA scholarship recipient to study Master in International law at the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law.
Lady combines the strength of a Civil Law and Common Law legal education with international legal and business experience. Lady's upbringing and experience reflect her multicultural and international versatility having been exposed to the culture of various countries as a result of her professional activities.
While in Peru, Lady practiced law for over 7 years as a sole practitioner. Her experience also includes being appointed a substitute Judge of the Civil Court of Ilo, Peru in 1997 and substitute Judge of the Justice of the Peace Court of Ilo, Peru from 1994 to 1995. She was the youngest substitute judge to serve in the Superior Court of Justice of Tacna and Moquegua.
